Abstract: The main aim of this article is to present the problem of human trafficking and trafficking in organs in view of the analytical framework of international law. The author pointed out that this is one of the main problems of today, but in the real perspective is mostly historical continuous humanitarian crime that existed centuries ago. Preventing this crime is not easy because the illegal dealings brings billions of dollars to the organizers, who have influence local, European and even on other continents. Organ trafficking is increasing and is one of the most dangerous and lucrative procedures, as well as trafficking in arms, drugs and human beings.Keywords: human trafficking, organ trade, prevention, international law
