Abstract: The author discusses the universal issues related to legislative issues of transplantation in Turkey. Describes some important reasons that constitute the necessity and the needs of organ transplantation despite the fact that modern medical technology has reached such a level of development that it is possible to make efforts to minimize the amount of transplants from living or deceased donors. The author also showed a different perspective of the problem, indicating that minimize transplants from donors for more frequent reaching for medical technology may on the other hand tend to a series of fraud and irregularities.Keywords: turkish regulation, organ trade, illegal practice, criminal law
